Riddhi Siddhi Banquet is an event venue located in New Town, Kolkata, offering services for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and social gatherings.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement and receipt of the required advance payment
• All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation from our team
• The client must provide accurate event details at the time of booking

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms may apply:

• More than 30 days before the event date:
  Partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative and blocking charges
• 15 to 30 days before the event date:
  Limited refund may be provided, subject to deductions
• Less than 15 days before the event date:
  No refund will be applicable

Exact refund amount and deductions will depend on the agreement made at the time of booking.

2.2 Cancellation by Riddhi Siddhi Banquet

In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues, government restrictions, or force majeure events):

• We will inform you at the earliest possible time
• A suitable alternative date may be offered, subject to availability
• If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued based on the situation

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the agreed cancellation terms
• Any applicable deductions (administrative charges, service costs, vendor commitments, etc.) will be applied
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the mode of payment and processing time

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

• Cancellation made within 15 days of the event date
• Failure to make full payment within agreed timelines
• No-show or failure to conduct the event on the scheduled date
• Change of plans without prior notice or agreement

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Requests to reschedule the event must be made in advance
• Rescheduling is subject to venue availability
• Additional charges may apply depending on changes in date, season, or requirements

6. Third-Party Services

If your booking includes services from third-party vendors (such as catering, decoration, or event management):

• Refunds related to such services will depend on the respective vendor’s policies
• Riddhi Siddhi Banquet is not responsible for refund delays or disputes involving third-party vendors

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public emergencies
• Strikes or unforeseen incidents

Refunds or rescheduling in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Payment Disputes

• Any payment-related disputes must be reported to us immediately
• We will review the issue and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe
